Nigeria is not where it should be at 56-years after its independence, and there are some people who are to be blamed for the woes the nation is currently facing.
Below are five categories of people who we could hold accountable for the ills besetting this nation.
1. Parents: Charity they say begins from home, and when charity is lost from the home then the society becomes a waste place.
The failure of parents to bring up children properly, is said to be one of the greatest problems a nation like Nigeria is facing. Many parents are to blame for some of the ills we find today in our society, as children from homes without proper care tend to grow up and become a menace in the society.
It is the believe that if children are properly trained, they would grow to become leaders who will drive the future of not just the homes they have come from, but that of the nation of their birth.

2. Teachers:Still talking about how poor foundations are part of the reasons why Nigeria is the way it is, teachers have been accused also of playing a role in the problems facing the country.
It is said that because the young ones have not been given the right direction education wise, then they become nuisance to the society in which they find themselves.
The quality of education in Nigeria is a very cogent reason why the nation is still crawling at 56. The students in various institutions are mostly tutored by unqualified teachers, and the infrastructure is not conducive enough for proper impacting of knowledge.

3. Pastors/Prophets/Imams: Nigeria as a nation has the highest number of churches and religious centres in West Africa and if care is not taken, maybe across Africa and the world at large.
However, the presence of 5 churches on almost every street across the country, has not in anyway stopped the atrocities being committed daily, and the reason is solely because our clergymen have stopped speaking the truth and are now all about the money. So long as one pays tithe or offerings, he or she could pass for a saint and this does not apply to Christianity only. Other religious leaders have also allowed greed lead where truth should have given direction.

4. Police/Law enforcement agents: The Nigerian police has become a symbol for corruption and many Nigerians do not believe that any justice or right judgement can come from the force.
With bribery as one of the main trouble in the NPF, so many crimes go undetected because some policemen turn a blind eye to the criminal activities. Some policemen who have been apprehended in the act, say it is because of poor remuneration and lack of care on the part of the authorities, however, one is tempted to ask how cheap a person’s integrity can be.
5.Politicians: If there is any group of people that have plunged us into the mess which we find our self today, then it is those which the people have elected to serve. Rather than serve the nation with heart, might and passion, most Nigerian politicians see their political offices as a money making venture alone. They loot from the treasury, steal, steal from the nation’s coffers and do only that which will favour them and their family. Nigerians for too long have been fooled by sweet talking politicians who promise the people so much but do nothing when they are elected.
Until Nigeria as a nation has a way to properly checkmate the conduct of the politicians, the nation will continue to go from bad to worse, those in power must be held responsible for all their actions. In conclusion, we all as Nigerians have a great role to play in the building of this great nation. If we fold our arms, then the nation will go into ruins and disaster will befall everyone of us. Every Nigerian must keep the light of truth burning in his or her little corner, we must make diligence a watchword in all our endeavors. Nigeria might in a very bad state right now, but if the people are determined to make her great again, then she can regain her place as the giant of Africa.

For four years Wizkid was under the EME set-up controlled by Banky W. He got a bit of independence when he created Star Boy in 2013. Davido has been his own boss since day one. He created the HKN label in conjunction with his big brother. Davido has never had to answer to anyone.

Davido still has the same guys he started with. His friends from his early days are still with him. He even signed his cousins B-Red and Sina Rambo to his label. Wizkid has changed buddies as his life has changed. Many of the people who hustled with him are no longer around. Some even have issues with him. Davido has put his guys on more than Wizkid.
6. ARROGANCE – WIZKID
Wizkid, from what we know, he came from a middle class family but he acts like he’s been living the life of gold already. He’s been making dumb comments to his fans who made him. He once said “when broke people think they have a say” to a fan who inquired about his next album. These same fans made him and just like a typical African star. We’ve heard bad rumors about the kid star concerning his fans.
7. PLANLESS – WIZKID
Wizkid is just following the footsteps of D’Banj who rose to the sky and dropped like God kicked him back to earth. He is rushing for international fame just typical of most African musicians thinking that is the way to heaven. Truth is, you need to conquer your world first. Currently Davido is popular all over Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Zimbabwe and his home country, Nigeria. He seems to have a plan, trying to conquer his continent before moving to the world. Wizkid is forgetting that the foreign world doesn’t have anything for him. All his crap lyrics “lelelele and yaaga” and things won’t make the cut. If I was him, I would learn a lot from D’Banj’s failure. Even Kanye West couldn’t help D’Banj, what more can a douchebag like Chris Brown and Justin Bieber do for you as an African artiste?
8. WIZKID – ACTS LIKE HE’S MADE IT
Davido is a son of a billionaire, if not, a millionaire and he’s been probably living a lavish life since childhood but he has defied that fact and trying his best to join his dad. Davido makes a whopping $50,000 per show and has made his own money, unlike Wizkid, he goes to instagram and twitter just to act like he’s a millionaire already when I’m perfectly sure he’s far from that. We are not surprised, poor people always want to be something they are not. No doubt, Wizkid has made it but even Mike Tyson who was once worth 300 million dollars plus is now broke how much more a musician from Africa who is not worth a million dollars SMH!
9. DAVIDO – MADE IT ON HIS OWN (VERSATILE)
Davido started it all off with his “HKN Gang” unlike Wizkid, he came through Banky W who made sure the world knows about Wizkid’s talents. Just like most of our African artistes, he felt cheated and decided to form his own StarBoi label and even planned to leave Banky W’s label. Greediness??? You tell us?
10. WIZKID IS JUST LUCKY, DAVIDO IS THE BUSINESS
If you listen to Wizkid’s songs very well, his songs lacks substance, it’s the same usual “one word chorus” like Ginger, The Matter, Caro but Davido spans through all the genres from Highlife, Dance, Afrobeats like Skelewu, Aye, Gobe, One Of A Time and more hits in his short time of being in the industry. Davido also take advantage of all artistes (both underground and made artistes in different countries) and work with them unlike Wizkid, even if you invite him, he would have to like your product first before he feature on it. Davido immediately shot another video to his hit song “Skelewu” after fans complained about it, if it was Wizkid, he would have insulted the fans. Davido has songs with Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Diamond, Mafikizolo and counting. Not forgetting most of Wizkid’s hit songs were freestyles and unplanned.
